Effective date: April 8, 2026. This policy explains when a refund is available for eSIM purchases made on MyEsimGlobal.

1. Overview

We aim to provide a fair and transparent refund process. Because eSIM products are digital goods that are delivered instantly, refund eligibility depends on whether the eSIM has been installed, activated, or consumed.

2. Eligible for Refund

  • The eSIM was purchased but not installed or activated on any device.
  • The eSIM cannot be installed or activated due to a technical issue on our side or our network partner side, after support verification.
  • A duplicate payment or accidental duplicate order was placed.

3. Not Eligible for Refund

  • The eSIM has already been installed, activated, or used for data.
  • Incorrect device selection or a device that does not support eSIM technology.
  • User-side issues such as disabled roaming, incorrect APN settings, or late activation after travel dates.
  • Change of mind after delivery when the eSIM is technically usable.

4. Refund Request Window

Refund requests should be submitted within 30 days of purchase. Requests made later may be declined if we cannot verify technical records.

5. How to Request a Refund

Please contact our support team and include:

  • Order number
  • Purchase email address
  • Reason for the request
  • Screenshots of the issue (if technical)

6. Processing Time

Once approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method. It may take 5 to 10 business days for your bank or payment provider to complete the refund.

7. Chargebacks and Abuse

If a chargeback is filed without first contacting support, we reserve the right to suspend related services while we investigate. Fraudulent or abusive refund claims may be denied.
