eSIM Installation Guide

Open the email we sent you. Install your eSIM using the one-tap installation link or the QR code included in the email.

Before you begin

  • Make sure your phone supports eSIM and is carrier-unlocked.
  • Connect to reliable Wi-Fi and open the email we sent you.
  • If you use the QR code, display it on another phone or computer.

A quick installation reminder

  • Keep international roaming disabled on your primary line while travelling to avoid additional charges.
  • Your installation link and QR code are unique to your eSIM; do not share them with anyone.
  • If you experience a connection issue, contact our support team before deleting the eSIM. We’ll be happy to help.

iPhone installation

  1. 1Open the email we sent you on the iPhone that will use the eSIM.
  2. 2Tap the one-tap installation link. Alternatively, use the QR code in the email.
  3. 3Approve the on-screen prompt to add the eSIM and complete installation.
  4. 4Select the new eSIM as your Mobile Data line.
  5. 5When you arrive, enable Data Roaming for this eSIM.

Android installation

  1. 1Open the email we sent you on the Android phone that will use the eSIM.
  2. 2Tap the one-tap installation link. Alternatively, use the QR code in the email.
  3. 3Approve the on-screen prompt to add the eSIM and complete installation.
  4. 4Select the new eSIM as the preferred line for mobile data.
  5. 5When you arrive, enable Data Roaming for this eSIM.

Menu names may vary slightly by phone brand and operating-system version.

Connection checklist

  • Select the new eSIM as your mobile data line.
  • Enable Data Roaming on the new eSIM.
  • Try automatic network selection first.
  • Keep data roaming disabled on your primary SIM.
  • If you cannot connect, turn airplane mode on for 30 seconds, then off.
