After purchasing an eSIM plan, you'll receive a QR code. Simply scan this QR code with your device to install the eSIM profile. Once installed, you can activate the data plan and start using mobile data in your destination country.
We recommend installing the eSIM before your trip but activating the data plan once you arrive at your destination. The validity period starts when the eSIM connects to a local network in the destination country.
Go to your phone Settings → Cellular/Mobile Data → Add eSIM or Add Cellular Plan → Scan QR Code. Point your camera at the QR code we provide, and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation.
